  This review is well overdue (sorry Joe). An absolute first class service that went above and beyond. Our house sale fell through a couple of times and then due to lockdown 1 the move date kept changing. Joe assured us every step of the way all would be fine and nothing was too much trouble. Some of our belongings were move into storage during the wait by Joe at a v competitive price. But what really stands out is move day... our sellers removals couldn’t move them on exchange day so we agreed for them to keep their belongings in the house for an extra night. Joe moved in our basics (bed, fridge etc) then the following day both removal teams turned up to take away and deliver. Joe and his team were by far the more professional outfit! Joe’s attention to detail was spot on. He covered all floors and banisters (something the other company hadn’t done in the 2 hrs they were here before Joe turned up). Joe’s team did everything with perfect detail ensuring we were happy and reducing the stress of a highly anxious day. There was no comparison between the two teams Joe’s just went that extra mile. Thank you Joe for providing an amazing service, you and your team truly deserve all the excellent reviews. Would give you 100 ⭐️’s if I could. Thank you.

  Had these guys move all our heavy furniture last week and they were absolutely amazing. Quick, super efficient and extremely helpful, can’t praise them enough, would highly recommend them, certainly took the pressure off and made the whole process a lot easier.   I contacted Joe last week and he was very quick to respond and ever so helpful. Not only did he deliver spare boxes to us, when I realised we didn't have enough, but his team were on hand to move us efficiently 2 days later. The lads were all lovely and really got on with the job. We didn't know what time we would be completing on our new house, but they waited until we had the keys and unpacked us, just as efficiently. I would strongly recommend these services in the future and should I ever have to move again (hopefully not for a long time), we will contact Joe and his team again!

  We were recommended to use Joe by a friend, I have to say we were so impressed with Joe and his team! You can tell he is so passionate about his work, he was careful with our belongings and carpets! Proper protective kit was used on mattress and sofas.   Joe and team helped Ballards move me a week ago and were great. Supportive and helpful during a stressful time and everyone made sure my cats were kept safe even with lots of people going in and out of the house. I have lots of antique furniture which is heavy and can be fragile and it was all moved carefully with no damage. Updating to say two of the team came back today, a few weeks after I moved in, and helped move loads of the furniture round now decorating and working out where the heck everything would fit has been done. Ever cheerful and helpful with nothing too much trouble. Sorry about the wardrobe shuffle guys 😀

  What can I say??! Joe has today delivered all of our belongings from Lincolnshire to Brora in the Scottish Highlands - a mammoth journey which he will still be in his way back from! I could not recommend him highly enough - so very professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you so, so much Joe!!

  Absolutely brilliant, joe managed to fit us in last minute with 2 days notice. Super helpful, just cracked on with the job, even with a dog and 2 year old getting under their feet. They dismantled everything for us, offered to put it all back together and plumbed in the white goods the other side. Was the easiest moving experience I’ve ever had, all thanks to the team.
